Happy With 2

Happy With 2

I feel so utterly blessed to have been given the gift of motherhood. The road itself has its ups and downs, but I couldn't ask for anything more! I look at my girls and I couldn't imagine life any different than it is right now. I am so happy with my 2 girls and I {LOVE} that they are in my life. When people ask if I want to try for a boy, I laugh...I am happy with 2 and I am happy with my girls!

With that said, we are thrilled to be raising our girls and watching them grow up right before our eyes. One of the luckiest things that can happen to you in life, I think, is to have a happy childhood. Chad and I strive for this day in and day out with our girls. I want them to look back and to know that they were loved unconditionally!

A little cake and LOTS of fun!

We managed to make it through Alexis' first friend birthday party this afternoon! Boy, do 7 Kindergarteners have A LOT of energy!!

Alexis helped plan her party with me awhile ago and decided on a Hello Kitty theme. Check out how her 6th birthday party turned out!

smalltown sentiment

This old playground equipment at our local park makes me happy, happy, happy!

There is something to be said about old things!

I caught the girls getting along so nicely that I thought I would snap a few photos!

a wee bit Irish (for today anyways)

Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! I hope you all enjoyed a little green in your day!

We did not catch that sneaky little Leprechaun in our trap last night...shucks! All he left behind was a nasty note that said, "He, He....maybe you'll catch me next time!"

That little Leprechaun was full of shenanigans...check out what he did!

He marked the girl's noses with green paint while they were sleeping.

You can see the trap in the background, but no luck catching him.
He did leave the girl's something green to remember him by!

He poured Lucky Charms all over table, leaving a few foot prints behind.

He tinted our favorite lemonade green!

He left the darn toilet water green in his path...footprints to prove it was him!

Pancakes with green sprinkles...the best!

 Going on a Leprechaun hunt!

Shamrock Shakes!

Waiting for the St. Patrick's Day parade to start!

And...
My green drink later!
Too bad we didn't seen a rainbow at the end of the day!
